Wow!
The lead single from my debut album is out now! I've been putting so much work into this body of work, and that doesn't exclude this song. It's definetly one of my favorites, and one of my best I'd say. I hope everyone who's reading this has had a chance to give it a listen. If not, you can find it on this site! I've decided I'm going to use this blog as a form to give some super-secret updates on my album as I make it and finalize it. It's progressing sooooo nicely. I'm really happy with the way things are turning out. I think everyone will really love it and will really be able to tell all the blood, sweat and tears that went into it. Seriously, I've worked so hard on it you guys have no idea. I will say, though, that there is something really cathartic about doing all the writing and production work all by myself. I think its a really good outlet to funnel a lot of my feelings into without feeling like I'm being judged.
Anyway, some small victories from this week. I managed to get “Burned It All” on Genius!!! Which is so weird that I'm so excited about it, but who knows, it's fun!! It's cool to be able to have official lyrics and OFFICAL ANNOTATIONSSSSS!!! So people can really see what it's about by reading words that I wrote. That page should've gone live with the song so be sure to check that out. I'm also trying to get some visuals together. I have plenty of photos, but some cool vidoes would be exciting and really cool. I'm really trying to go all out with this one, if you couldn't already tell.
